LVLS ("we," "us," "our") provides a fitness, nutrition, habit-tracking, and AI coaching application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and password, used to create and secure your account.
- Profile information: name, age, weight, height, and fitness goal that you choose to provide.
- Health and fitness data: workouts, meals and nutrition data, habits, schedule items, and goals you log in the App.
- AI coach conversations: messages you send to the AI Coach, and the data it needs to give you a relevant response — your name, age, weight, and goal, plus the workouts, meals, habits, and goals you've logged that are relevant to your message.
- Meal photos: if you use the camera to log a meal, the photo is sent to our AI provider to estimate nutritional content. We do not permanently store the photo itself — only the resulting nutrition data you save.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active LVLS Pro subscription. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App's core features.
- To power the AI Coach's recommendations and responses.
- To estimate nutrition from meal photos.
- To manage your account, subscription, and entitlements.
- To communicate with you about your account when necessary.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
We use the following service providers to operate the App:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
- Google (Gemini API) — before the AI Coach or meal-photo scanning is used for the first time, the App asks your permission and tells you what will be sent. If you agree, Google receives: your name, age, weight, and goal; the workouts, meals, habits, and goals you've logged that are relevant to your request; your written message to the Coach; and, for meal scanning, the photo you submit. Google processes this data solely to generate a response to that request. Under Google's API terms, data sent through the Gemini API is not used to train Google's models, and Google is contractually bound to protect it to a standard consistent with our own obligations under this policy. You can decline this permission at any time; the AI Coach and meal-scan features simply won't be available if you do, but the rest of the App works normally.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription status and entitlements.
- Apple — processes all in-app purchases and payments.
- Vercel — hosts the App's backend.
Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us and is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
LVLS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Not Medical Advice
LVLS, including its AI Coach, provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
